Introduction The title of my project is «You are what you eat» I have chosen this project because it is very important to know how different food can affect to person and I want to think about healthy and unhealthy food with you.

Healthy and unhealthy food It`s important for every person to know what to eat and when. Eating healthy food is an important part of our life, but If we eat junk food very often our organism will be able to cope with it Unfortunately, fast food is the most popular food in the world at this moment. That`s why 30 percent of people are obese. There are a lot of people who eat only healthy food, they feel themselves very well.

Why do so many people eat junk food?  Everyone understands how it harms the body. I believe that there are three main reasons for the popularity of such food: 1. Caloric content. 2. Availability 3. Taste qualities.

If you will eat fat food you will be obese You should eat only healthy food in order to keep fit and be healthy.
