This is a story about two mice. One mouse lives in a big city. Her name is Minny . Her friend lives in a village. Her name is Maggy. Maggy visits her friend very often. She goes to the city by train. She sees many beautiful houses, parks, and squares. There are a lot of buses, cars, trams in the street. Maggy goes to Minny by bus. She is glad to see her friend. Minny likes to live in the city very much, because there is a lot of food in the shops. She can eat corn and cheese every day. But there is a big black cat in the house where Minny lives. He can eat her up when she comes to the kitchen.

Then Maggy has an idea. The mice go to the shop and buy a new TV. Now there is a TV in the kitchen. Every day the cat sits down to watch TV and the mice come to the kitchen to eat corn and cheese.
