Открытый урок английского языка на тему: “My family!»
УМК «Spotlight» 5класс. Module 4 “Family ties”.
Задачи:
Ø образовательные:
-повторить лексику по теме «Члены семьи»;
-учить воспринимать на слух иноязычную речь с пониманием основной информации;
-учить читать текст с полным пониманием информации;
-учить употреблять глагол can, выражая возможность;
-практиковать в устной речи с элементами описания, используя новые прилагательные.
Ø развивающие:
-развивать способности учащихся использовать английский язык как средство общения.
Ø воспитательные:
-воспитывать языковыми средствами английского языка добрые отношения к семье, членам семьи.
Ø здоровьесберегающие:
-сохранять психологическое и физическое здоровье учащихся, используя различные формы и методы обучения на уроках английского языка, а также физкультминутки.

- презентация к уроку “Power Point”;
- видео песня “My family”;
- карточки с изображениями членов семьи;
-доска;
-компьютер;
-проектор;

T: Good morning, boys and girls!
P: Good morning our teacher.
I am/We are glad to see you.
T: and P:Good morning, dear guests.
T: How are you?
P:I am fine/ thank you.
Take your seats, please.
T: I’m glad that you are fine. Let’s begin our lesson. What date is it today?
What day is it today? What the weather like today ?Do you like this weather?
Look at our screen and guess the topic of the lesson.
2.Определение цели урока
T - Cl: What pictures dо you see? What do you think the topic of our lesson is?
P: I sее a mother, a father, a grandmother and children. I think the topic of the lesson today is «Family».
T: Well-done! You are absolutely right; the topic of the lesson today is ‘Family’. What is a good family for you?
P1: A friendly family.
P2: Kind parents.
P3: A happy family.
T: I see, thank you.
As for me, I’ve got a large family: ….
Have YOU got a family?
Yes, I have.

So, today we will speak about your families, practise in reading, writing, listening.

Everyone has got a family. I would like to ask some questions about your families.
Have you got a family?
Is your family large or small?
Have you got a father?
What is your father’s name?
How old is he?
Have you got a mother?/ a sister?/ a brother?/a grandmother?
OK Good of you! I see, most of you have very happy families.
4.Введение новой лексики.
1) Работа со словарем.
Look at the board and reаd the words after me.
1. Cool | 4. clever | 7. funny |
2. kind | 5. friendly | 8. naughty |
3. sweet | 6. noisy | 9. caring |
Which words do you know? How do you translate them?
2) Let’s try to describe your family members using these adjectives.
- My mother is….. (caring, sweet, beautiful);
- My father is …… ( funny, clever, handsome) ;
-My brother is….. (noisy, cool, friendly).
3) And now guess some traits of character!
- He knows many things. He studies very well. He likes reading books. He is…?? (clever)
- She has got a lot of friends. She likes to spend her free time with them. She is…..??? (friendly)
- I know many jokes. I like telling stories. I can make people laugh. I’m… ? (funny)

5. Совершенствование навыков чтения с полным пониманием прочитанного.
1) Please, open your books page 56 and look at the picture. Some people have diaries. They write interesting moments of their life there. Who has got a diary? What do you write there about? Here is a page from Kate Green’s diary, let’s read it and translate in turn. Start, please.
2) Now, let’s check how do you understand this text ( ex.2,p.56). Read and mark the sentence R(Right), W(Wrong) or DS (Doesn’t Say). (учащиеся выполняют задание на листочкх).
3) Взаимоконтроль .Change your work with your partner . And now let’s check up your answers. Well done!

6. Развитие навыков говорения. (монологическая форма речи)
1) Let’s talk about Kate’s family! Who would like to tell us about Kate’s mother (father, brother, baby sister, grandpa, grandma).
2). Who wants to tell about his/her family to the class? Look at the cards. You may use the following plan:
(Учитель дает учащимся опору для монологического высказывания и образец на основе этой опоры.) (приложение 2).
-I have got a big/ small family.
- We are … in the family.
-I have got a mother/ a father/ a sister …
-My mother’s/ father’s name is …

(учитель делит класс на две группы, выдает карточки с отрывками текста) (приложение 3)

Well, the next task for you is a puzzling story. Put extracts in a proper way, please.
8. Подведение итогов урока.
1)Today we have practiced our abilities to speak on the topic "Family”. . Now we can describe all of them and say what they are like and what they are not like, what they can or can’t do. Now we are ready to sing a song about some members of the family.Учащиеся прослушивают и просматривают видеозапись и поют песню о семье.

It was interesting to know about your families. I think you can tell your English friends about your family. And what was the most interesting for you?
Ученикам предлагается оценить свою работу на уроке с помощью карточек- смайликов (зеленый – урок понравился, трудностей при выполнении заданий не возникло; желтый – возникли некоторые затруднения при выполнении отдельных заданий; красный – материал урока показался сложным).
3) HOMETASK: write a diary page about your family (A4). and get ready to present it to the class .Be creative! Use photos, crayons and of course your imagination!
