Разработка урока "Молодёжные субкультуры"

Предмет: Английский язык.

Класс: 10А.

Учитель: Огарева Т.С.., учитель первой квалификационной категории

Тема урока: Молодежные субкультуры.

Практическая цель: обобщение лексического материала: Индивидуальность.

Образовательная цель: совершенствование умения осуществлять выбор языковых и речевых средств, развитие умений осуществлять анализ, сравнение и обобщение, расширение общего кругозора учащихся.

Развивающая цель: развитие воображения, мышления, памяти, совершенствование умений работать в группах, развитие познавательного интереса учащихся к предмету.

Воспитательная цель: воспитание уважения к иностранному и родному языку, воспитание чувства толерантности к представителям разных молодежных субкультур.

Учебно-наглядные пособия, оборудование и ТСО: карточки с описанием субкультуры, таблички с названием субкультуры, названием музыкальных стилей ,аудиозапись с музыкой популярных молодежных групп, слайды с изображением представителей разных молодежных субкультур, таблицы-заготовки для работы с информацией, ПК с информацией о молодежных субкультур.

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент.

Teacher: : Good morning, dear guests! Good morning, girls! I’m glad to see you. Sit down, please. Слайд №1

Today we’ll have an unusual lesson. The topic of our lesson is “Youth Subculture”. Today we’ll remember words and phrases about subculture, try to identify attribute characteristics with particular subcultures. Also, we’ll try to made mini-projects about subcultures. I hope it will be interesting for you.

Постановка целей урока и мотивация учащихся.

So, the first task. Look at the screen and try to translate stable phrases from English into Russian. Слайд №2

1. Мозговой штурм.

Teacher: Now, brainstorm. You should tell me what associations you have when you hear these words.

1. strange hairstyle, dress in a shocking way, rosk... (punks)

Girls, Let’s divide into groups. Take seats in front of computers.

Teacher: On your desks you can find sheets with statements. You should decide what subcultures they belong to.

Please, use I think.., To my mind.., I’m sure...

2. They don’t conform to society’s standards. They support a liberal attitude and lifestyle. ( hippies)

3. people with deep understanding of how their computers work ( hackers)

5. They want to try out all sort of options. They like to creat massive all-night dance parties in empty ware-houses. ( ravers)

6. They cut their hair short than others do. ( skinheads)

( Один из группы читает и называет субкультуру, учитель раздает таблички с названием субкультуры)

Teacher: Of course we can’t speak about subculture without music. I offer to listen to some pieces of music. If you can, you’ll try to guess what subculture the music belongs to.

Please listen to the first composition. ( учащиеся слушают музыку и называют музыкальный стиль, учитель раздает группам название стилей, которые они отгадали)

4.Самостоятельная работа учащихся.

Teacher: Of course the information you have isn’t enough to think that you know everything about subculture. Now you should make mini – projects.

If you have some difficulties, I’ll be glad to help you.(ребята просматривают информацию, содержащуюся в компьютерах и заполняют таблицы) Слайд №9 Use this plan.

Teacher: Now let’s discuss the results. (Один представитель от группы рассказывает о молодежном движении, которое было выбрано.

Teacher:

Thank you! You have heard a lot of interesting information about different subcultures. Say me , please what subculture you would like to join? Why? ( один из уч-ся рассказывает о том, почему он хотел бы присоединиться к субкультуре).

Teacher: Now , a small check test for you.( Приложение №1)

Now, children, the lesson is over. During the lesson you have done a lot. You have got only good marks. Thank you very much for the lesson. In conclusion I would like to say the next “ Handsome is as handsome does” - « Красив тот, кто красиво поступает». Слайд №10
