The aim of the lesson:

1)Educational  - .Enrich the vocabulary of students on the topic “Endangered species of animals”.

Objectives:SWBA-to speak students on the topic “Endangered species of animals”.

2) Developing  – Develop skills- introductory listening. – listening to finding detailed information,Speaking (answering questions, comparing answers and expressing your point of view on the topics «Environment» and «Endangered Species of Animals».

3) Bringing –up- to take care of “environment”and“Endangered species “.

Look at the pictures of the species.What is common between them?

Work with a partner or together in small groups of 3-4 students.Answer the following questions.

• 1)What does it mean if an animals is “endangered”?

• 2)What does it mean if an animal is “extinct”?

Now listen to the first part of a radio program and check your ideas.Then complete the task.

Make your own list of reasons.

Now listen to the second part of the radio program and compare your lists.

Work with a partner or in small groups and answer the questions.

• 1)What other endangered species do you know?

• 2)What do you think of hunting or killing animals? Is it OK? When is it not OK?
