- The official name is the Federal Republic of Germany. It is the seventh largest country in Europe by land area.

Germany has been called the “ Land of Poets and Thinkers .” Germans are famous in all forms of art, but particularly classical music . Germany’s famous composers include Bach , Brahms ,
Schumann ,
Wagner and Beethoven .

- Berlin is one of the 16 states in the Federal Republic. The city is situated on the banks of the Spree and Havel in the center of the federal state of Brandenburg, of which it is not (since 1920).
The German government works hard to protect the country’s wildlife. There are 97 nature reserves in Germany , the biggest of which is the Black Forest. Despite these efforts, however, many species are at risk of extinction, including beavers , minks and, off the coast, certain species of whales .

HAMBURG
- Hamburg is one of the largest seaports in Europe, located at the confluence of the Elbe into the North Sea. Hamburg is the first among European cities by the number of bridges (various sources from 2300 to 2500). In the city of more bridges than Venice (400), Amsterdam (1200) and London combined.
MUNICH
- Munich is the third largest city in Germany, behind Berlin and Hamburg. Munich is the capital and the largest city of the German state of Bavaria. It is located on the River Isar north of the Bavarian Alps.

It is known as the oldest cite in Germany. In the whole world the city of Bremen is associated primarily with the Bremen Town Musicians. Today, the home of Bremen musicians spend classical music festival.
It also produces the famous beer Beck's cars and Mercedes-Benz, produce space systems, introduce advanced technology and innovative educational programs.
Bavarian Alps are located in Germany's southern border. They occupy a vast area in the south. This region is rich in lakes, picturesque valleys, has a rocky terrain.
Germany is a country of magnificent castles. Many of them are among the most beautiful in the world.
