Geography

The main territory of the U.S. (called continental states) located at the North American continent, and stretches from the Atlantic Ocean in the east to the Pacific Ocean to the west. In the southern U.S. border with Mexico, in the north - to Canada. In addition, in the U.S. include a further 2 staff. In the extreme north-west of the continent is Alaska, and bordering with Canada. In the Pacific is Hawaii. Russian border passes through the Bering Strait. The United States also owns a number of islands in the Caribbean and the Pacific Ocean.
