Fitness in my life.

1. Fitness is in fashion nowadays.

2. Fitness is very important in our life.

3. People all over the world are fond of fitness.

4. That doing fitness is the best way to keep fit.

5. If you want to be healthy, you need to start doing physical exercises.

6. Fitness makes our bodies strong, it prevents us from getting too fat, and makes us more self-organized and better disciplined.

7. All kinds of physical exercises are very useful to make our bodies strong and to keep ourselves fit and healthy.

8. I do fitness regularly.

9. I do fitness five days a week.

10. In the morning I do some exercises just to awake.

11. Two times a week a have physical trainings at my university.

12. Three times a week I have my own fit programme.

13. Almost every weekend I try to find some spare time to go to the swimming pool.

14. I always warm-up and stretch, before starting workout.

15. I begin my warm-up with some simple mobility exercises.

16. Regular fitness activities strengthen our immune resistance, improve skin tone, make our brain to work better and help to avoid stress and depression.
