Ryazan transport system has a rich history that developed with the town

300 years ago all people had not transport, so all people got around on foot in Ryazan. City transport was horse-drawn

The first buses in Ryazan began to walk in the streets in 1925

Ryazan trolleybus began to walk in the streets on the 6 of November, 1949. There were only 3 trolleybuses with a capacity of 60 people. 


The first railway was established in Ryazan in 1900. The most popular Ryazan-Moscow train was named "Beryozka"

The city has two railway stations: Ryazan 1, Ryazan2 . These railway lines are parts of the Ryazan transport system.

In 2010 tram transport system disappeared in Ryazan.

In 1986 North Ring Road was opened. In the autumn of 2014 the second part of North Ring Road was opened.

Nowadays Ryazan has many kinds of transport: buses, trolleybuses, minibuses, cars. In the 21 century we use fuel cars.
