Тема «William Shakespeare» (cлайд 1)
Цели и задачи урока: 
-развивающие:
-знакомство учащихся с жизнью и творчеством В.Шекспира;
-расширение их лингвострановедческого образования;
-развитие умения учащихся выступать с мультимедийной презентацией;
-образовательные:
-совершенствование коммуникативных навыков и навыков монологического высказывания;
- использование межпредметных связей в обучении иностранного языка на данном уроке.
- воспитательные: 
-воспитание у учащихся любви к английской литературе, уважения к культуре страны изучаемого языка;
Оборудование:
Компьютер, мультимедийный проектор, презентация слайдов в Power Poin,.
ХОД УРОКА
I. Организационный момент. 
Т. Good.morning!

Pupils: Good morning!

Т. I am glad to see you.

Pupils: We are glad to see you too.

II. Фонетическая зарядка

T. Sit down, please. Today we are talking about a famous English playwright and a poet. Let’s start with the words from one of his plays.

“To be or not to be…” ( слайд 2)

These words are known by everyone in the world. The strength and the power of these words are the same in different languages. Will you watch and listen to the famous monologue and say what play it is and who this character is.

T. Who is the author of this poem? Look at the portrait of this famous man. Do you know who he is? (слайд 5) 
P. He is W. Shakespeare. 
T. You are right. Let’s talk about W. Shakespeare( слайд 6), his life and work, his role in English literature. I hope you’ll learn many interesting things about this poet.

III. Основная часть урока 

T. Let’s divide into 3 group to do the next tasks.

(Группа делится на три команды. Команды выполняют задания и получают смайлики. После выполнения заданий подсчитываются смайлики и выставляются оценки)

1. На доске написаны крылатые выражения из шекспировских пьес.(Слайд 7)

1) "Better a witty fool than a foolish wit" ("Twelfth Night").

2) "To be or not to be: that is the question" ("Hamlet").

3) "What is done cannot be undone" ("Macbeth").

T. Choose one quotation, say how you understand it. Work in groups.

2.T. Each group will get the part of the text, read it correctly for everybody to find the information about Shakespear’s life. (Текст о Шекспире делится на 3 части и каждая группа выбирает свою часть для чтения.)

IV. Рефлексия.

V. Подведение итогов урока 
T. Shakespeare's plays are still popular. Nowаdays many people like them. We laugh and cry with Shakespeare's characters. Shakespeare's plays are famous in all countries. In England there is a special Shakespeare's Memorial Theatre

(слайд ) in Stratford –upon – Avon. A Shakespeare Festival(слайд )is held here every year and people come from all over the world to honour the England greatest dramatist.
