- Иллюстрации мясных, молочных, мучных национальных блюд с английскими словами на доске;

- Презентация «Особенности питания жителей Якутии»,

- Мелодия «Оhуор»;

- Карточки с заданиями;

- Мясные, молочные, мучные блюда на столах учащихся в соответствии с их группой

Цель урока: ознакомление с особенностями питания жителей Якутии

Подходы к обучению и изучению материала:

1. Убедить учащихся в необходимости вести здоровый образ жизни.

2. Формировать знания о наблюдениях исследователей-первооткрывателей за питанием жителей Якутии

3. Развивать навыки понимать на слух, развивать умения работать с различными источниками.

4. Сформировать понятие о том, что необходимо знать культуру родного края и уметь представить ее гостям и туристам ( в том числе иностранным)

Ход урока

1. Introduction – введение.

Teacher: Good morning, dear pupils! As you know, every people has its own national meals. Early the Sakha didn’t grow any vegetables. The Sakha were engaged in hunting, fishing and cattle-breeding. From ancient times the Yakuts used milk, fish and meat for food. These dishes gave them health and energy. That’s why they ate only meat and used milk. Nobody can’t imagine life in the North without meat. Our grandmothers and grandfathers ate horse’s meat. They knew that it was healthy and nourishing.

What do we eat?

We eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. But we don’t forget national dishes.

Do you know the national dishes of the Sakha? Of course, you do.

Teacher: Cold climate, isolation of Yakutia in the past from the major centers of Russia determined the specifics of the kitchen of the peoples inhabiting its territory.

    In summer – dairy products, herbs, wild berries. They usually prepared products for the future for the long winter.
