T. Teddy bears are the most popular toys in every family. Both boys and girls like teddy bears. They are so popular that there are teddy bears festivals every year and there are teddy bears museums. A teddy bear museum is a museum about teddy bears. There are many teddy bear museums around the world. The world's first Teddy Bear Museum was opened in England in 1984 . It was founded by Judy Sparrow and had a collection of antique teddy bears.

P1. So we are. TheTeddy Bear museum was opened in Voronezh in October, 2014. It is called «Helen and Teddy» because the founder of the museum is Elena Ivanovna Kikteva. She told us a lot of interesting things about the museum.

P2. There are more than 500 teddy bears from all around the world in her collection.

P1. There are plush, knitted, porcelain and wooden teddy bears from England, Scotland and Ireland.

P2Some teddy bears have come to Voronezh from Italy, Germany, France, Holland, Finland and Japan

P1. There are also teddy bears from Russia. They are clumsy, stuffed with sawdust but they can sound when you turn them from side to side.

P2 And a very kind teddy bear Mishyozh lives in the museum «Helen and Teddy». He has such a name because he is Misha from Voronezh. And he meets all the visitors in the museum.

P1In the Teddy Bear museum you can take teddy bears, watch them and take photos of them. The museum is free.

P2 Now many people bring teddy bears to the museum. We also presented a small handmade teddy bear from our school to the museum.
