The theme of the lesson:
Let’s go hiking

Objectives: to practice the vocabulary on the topic "Travelling",
to train lexis in speaking and writing,
to develop and practice grammar skills on the Conditional I ,
to instill in children a love of nature,
to develop positive features to environment
Equipment: a board, a computer, books (Cosmic Kids 2), text-books, cards, a recorder, pictures
Procedure:
1.Introduction
Good morning! It’s nice to see you again. How are you today? Would you like to be on holidays? Are you looking forward to being on summer holidays?
2.Warming up
Look at the board
2.1.Phonetic drills
Route song
Climb every mountain
Search every Stream
Follow every rainbow
Till you find dream
Say what you can do to find your dream?
Repeat after me.
What sounds can you hear more than one time?
2.2 Announcing the aims and the topic of the lesson.
I need to be loved by my mum, my relatives and I’m happy when they are happy. Also I’m happy when I study something new and travel around the world. What about you? Watch a video and try to guess where we are going today?(video 1-listening)
What does it look like? Ok, you are right.We are going on a weekend trip .So, the topic of our lesson is let’s go hiking! Today we’ll go on a weekend trip. We ‘ll listen and read about one interesting travelling, revise grammar topic Conditional I and at the end of the lesson write an e-mail-answer for invitation.

Dima | You look healthy and full of energy! Where have you spent your summer holidays? |
Sergey | You know hiking is my hobby. This time I visited the Carpathian Mountains with my friends. |
Dima | They say, the Carpathian Mountains are an open-air museum. |
Sergey | That's true. They have a unique nature and climate. The mountains brought us unforgettable impressions and pleasant emotions. |
Dima | Wasn't it dangerous to hike in the mountains? |
Sergey | Hiking could be dangerous. That's why you must follow all the rules. |
Dima | I am glad you had no problems during the hike. Hope to see the photos next time! |
Sergey | I will show you the photos. But to feel the atmosphere of the mountains you should go there yourself! |

You have to remember the right order and to repeat this dialogue in 2 minutes ( the dialogue was cut in free form).You are well done!
2.Grammar.
If we want to travel without problems, we mustn’t forget about rules: Conditional I will help us to survive in different conditions. When do we use it? Who can give an example? This sentence consists of two parts: the main clause and the subordinate clause. Open PB at p.61 and do ex. 4 (Додаток 2)

You see a lot of pictures. Your task: you have to devide into 2 groups:

Ex. What will you do if you travel in cold weather ?
