Внеклассное мероприятие

по английскому языку

для уч-ся 6-7 классов

“Grammar Battle”

Цель: совершенствование основных коммуникативных умений и навыков

Задачи:

• Формировать грамматические навыки речи;

• Закрепить употребление изученных слов;

• Развивать память, мышление и внимание;

• Поддержание интереса к английскому языку;

• Развитие творческих способностей учащихся;

Форма проведения: грамматический конкурс, ведущий и миссис Грамматика, Мистер Question, команды: 6бв –«Present Simple», 6а- «Past Simple»; учащиеся 7а класса- представляют грамматические сказки «Сказка о степенях прилагательных» и «Из истории артикля»

Оборудование: задания командам, грамоты, призы.

Ход мероприятия.

Ведущий: Однажды мне приснился сон,

Прекрасный сон, чудесный сон,

О той стране, где много слов,

Глаголов, запятых и точек.

У тучки снежной я спросил

Об этом острове во мгле,

И ливень опустил тогда в ладошку мне

Вот этот компас,

Что приведёт меня туда,

Где ждут меня мои друзья,

Артикли, точки, да вопросы,

Апостроф, отрицание, тире.

О да, они же все мои друзья!

Без них я не могу прожить и дня!

На сцене появляется миссис Грамматика.
Участники команд сидят за столами.

Ведущий – Oh , Hello, but who are you?

Missis Grammar – Hello! I’m Missis Grammar! I’m glad to see you!

I have got many rules. And everybody must know me at schools! I want to see how students from this school know me. I hope you are my friends and you know English Grammar well !

Ведущий : OK, Missis Grammar you will judge our teams.

Ведущий: Friends, I think that today you’ll have a lot of fun in the competition which we called ”Grammar Battle”. The 6^th former students will take part in it and they’ll try to do their best to show how well they know the rules of English grammar

Captains are your teams ready? ( Yes, we are). Then we say “Welcome! Good luck to every team”

Конкурс 1. Команды выходят по очереди и представляют свои команды.

1. Present Simple

We don’t live in the past,

We don’t live in the future,

We live only in the Present Simple!

2. Past Simple:
Grammar is not easy.

На сцене появляется неизвестный господин. Он в черном костюме. С вопросительным знаком в руке.

Ведущий – Ой, ребята, посмотрите, какой - то новый господин пожаловал к нам. Сейчас я постараюсь узнать кто это.
Здравствуйте, уважаемый господин. Можем мы узнать, зачем вы к нам пожаловали? (господин молчит)
Ведущий: молчит, наверное, не понимает меня. Попробую спросить на английском . Hello! My name is … Dear mister, who are you?
Mister question: I am clever Mister Question.

MQ: читает стих Rudyard Kipling Six serving men

I keep six honest serving men.
They taught me all I knew.
Their names are What, and Why, and When,
And How, and Where, And Who.
I send them over land and sea,
I send them east and west,
But after they have worked for me
I give them all a rest.
But different folks have different views.
I know a person small.
She keeps ten million serving men
Who get no rest at all.
She send them on her own affairs
From the second she opens her eyes —
One million Hows, two million Wheres
And seven million Whys.

MQ: And I would like to ask you some questions.

Ведущий: You are welcome Mister Question. I will try to answer I listen to you very attentively.
M Q: What is your name?
Ведущий: My name is…
M Q: Do you like English?
Ведущий: Yes, I do. I like English very much.
MQ: What marks have you got at English, dear girl?
Ведущий: No, no MQ I’m not a student. There are so many nice and clever boys and girls here. They would like to answer your questions. Some of them will try to do it now.

(Mister Question задает командам вопросы, они отвечают без подготовки)

Конкурс 2. Разминка

Team Present Simple
1. How many letters are there in the English ABC? (26)

2. What is the capital of the United Kingdom? ( London)
3. At what time do the lessons in your school start ? (at 8 o’ clock.)

Team Past Simple

1. How many vowels are there in the English language? ( 6)

2. Who speaks good English? (My teacher speaks good English.)
3. On what days of the week do you have your English lessons ? (on ….)

Конкурс 3. “Count the sentences” (команды получают задания на карточках)

How many sentences are there in the text? Find and read them aloud to the jury

Ведущий: Now it is time for fun. You know friends it is difficult to use English nouns, adjectives nouns without articles a\an and the. Do you know how they have appeared in the English language? There is a grammar fairy tale about them and students of 7^th A Form will perform it.

(уч-ся 7а класса представляет сказку об артиклях)

Ведущий: Thank you, dear friends for your performance. It was interesting and useful. The next task to the teams from MQ is….

Конкурс 4 «Найди дом для предложения»

(На листе картона 3 кармана с названиями времен английского глагола, Present Simple, Present Continuous, Past Simple. И один карман с предложениями в этих временах, соответственно. Для каждой команды отдельный лист. По очереди участники команд выходят к доске и раскладывают предложения по карманам, кто быстрее и правильней выполнит задание, получает балл.

3. My mother is making a cake now.
4. She plays the guitar every day.

5. Granny often does the gardening in summer.

6. We didn’t play chess yesterday.

7. Kate always goes to the park for walk.

( Пока команды работают с заданием, Мистер Вопрос проводит игру с болельщиками)

Конкурс 6 «Отгадай загадку».

Например:
1) I am red and I have a fine tail, I live in the forest, I like meat. (a fox)
2) I am green I can swim. I cannot jump. I like meat and fish. (a crocodile)
3) I can run. I can climb. I can catch (перевод) a mouse. (a cat).
4) I live in the river. I am not fish. I am green. What am I? (a frog).

Ведущий: It was the last task in our “Grammar Battle”. While the jury is preparing the results of the game you may express your impressions of today’s competition with the help of these smiles (смайлики) .
