Annotation. This article aims to present a brief summary of modern teaching methodology, its important aspects in learning process and shows the right way to English teachers in developing every topic independently and working on that without any fear and hesitation. Also it aims to grow language teachers’ awareness of developing and implementing authentic teaching materials and have to know a lot of crucial teaching ways using the innovative pedagogical technologies of foreign language teaching.

Key words: effective way of teaching, vital aspects, latest technology, learning environment, class discussion, learning environment.

With the advance of technology, there are a great deal of novel resources and tools that can add great functionality to your effective way of teaching and learning. As they are closely interrelated and complement each other teachers must take these vital aspects into consideration.

To achieve the goal of effective teaching, teachers set very specific goals for every lesson and they do not come into the classroom without having clear objectives as a professional football coach who makes contingency plans even for a play-off game. The most significant feature educators should have is know how to motivate and inspire their students, as it is “ the energizing force behind all forms of learning ”. What is more, a teacher who is imaginative can do wonders in English class. Their innovative ideas combined with efficient handling of the latest technology assist to break monotony and engage students to take lively participation in the learning environment.

On the other hand, effective learning process is enriched through active engagement with entertaining activities, materials, handouts provided by teachers. In addition, group-work, class discussion, group investigation methods can be as twice as effective at promoting learning potential as they are focused on mainly students’ performance and they involve collaborative language learning. By these learners are able to achieve greater facilities such as improved communication skills, positive emotions and affiliation to learning as well as monitor their own learning in learning with others.

My view is that students should be encouraged and stimulated to study more so that they can shape their bright future and it is core task of teaching profession.
