The Swan of Avon
William Shakespeare is the greatest English poet and playwright. He is famous all over the world. Though written more than 400 years ago, his plays continue to be read and performed.
In this presentation I’d like to mention some words invented by Shakespeare.
As you know he created more than three thousand words which we use every day in our speech.
Here are some of them .
1. Green-eyed – ревнивый, завистливый
