Цель урока: закрепление лексического и грамматического материала по теме «Здоровый образ жизни».
Задачи:
Образовательные: - совершенствовать умения и навыки владения лексическим материалом по теме; - обобщить лексический материал по теме «Healthy lifestyle».
Развивающие:
- развивать коммуникативные умения и навыки говорения по теме;
- развивать творческие способности обучающихся;
- развивать память, внимание и мышление;
- развивать умение высказывать свое мнение и делать выводы.
Воспитательные:
- воспитать привычку к здоровому образу жизни;
- воспитать умения внимательно слушать и уважать мнение одноклассников;
- стимулировать интерес к изучению английского языка, вовлекая их в коллективную творческую деятельность.
Оборудование: презентация PowerPoint, ноутбуки, раздаточный материал, интерактивные задания.
Ход урока:
Teacher: Good morning, boys and girls. I am glad to see you today.
Pupils: Good morning, teacher. We are glad to see you, too.
Teacher: Do you have breakfast every morning and why?
Pupils: Yes, I have breakfast every morning because it is healthy.
Teacher: Great! What do you eat for breakfast?
Pupils: I eat … for breakfast.
Teacher: Brilliant! Look at the screen and read a proverb.
I eat to live, but I don’t live to eat.
What does it mean? Why do we eat?
Pupils: We eat to be healthy and strong.
Teacher: Nice! So what are we going to speak about today?
Pupils: We are going to speak about health.
Teacher: Right you are! Today we are going to talk about your health. We'll discuss what helps us to be fit, healthy and strong. You will know something interesting and new for you. You see that your health is your wealth. What do you think of when you hear the word “health”?

P2: I think of sport, because it helps us to be healthy and strong.
Teacher: Well, thank you. We are sure that health is a very important thing for all people. Some people take care about their health, but others don’t. What good and bad habits have people got? Look at the blackboard and there are good and bad habits. Let’s read them all together. So, what good habits have people got?
We know not all people follow a heathy lifestyle and they have got bad habits. What are they?
Watch TV too much, wash hands before we eat, go to bed early, play outside, exercise every morning, eat a lot of sweets, eat fruit and vegetables, sleep too much or too little, eat fast, visit a doctor regularly, brush teeth in the morning and in the evening, drink cola.
