This essay deals with health. Some people believe, that exercise is the key to health, while others are sure that having a balanced diet is much healthier.
There are many reasons for taking exercises. First of all, it makes your body move and fill your blood with oxygen, which is absolutely necessary for your lungs, blood system and brains. Secondly, you really can improve your body shape and keep fit. Also it is a good way to relax and cope with your stress.
On the other hand, exercising is very time consuming. Unless you do it regularly, you will get no positive result. Moreover, you may suffer from the post-workout muscle soreness after a hard workout.
Those, who are for keeping a balanced diet, try to eat low fat products, reduce the amount of sugar and salt in their ration and avoid using gluten. From one side, it really has a point, because eating healthy food has always been considered as a conscious behavior. Someone, who eats right, is not afraid of any weather changes, sickness, or viruses. Such people are always cheerful, active, and they live longer.
However, when you deprive yourself of eating certain products such as meet, chocolate, eggs or fish, you can damage your health. In addition, you may feel depressed without eating pleasure.
Therefore, it is important to lead healthy lifestyle balancing exercise and a complete diet, which must contain all the necessary products: meat, cereals, dairy products, fruits and vegetables. People only need to avoid “harmful” behavior.
