Конкурс английской песни “Together”

Цели:

1. Повышать интерес к изучению английского языка.

2. Развивать память, воображение учащихся.

3. Развивать творческие способности.

4. Развивать фонетические, лексические навыки, фонематический слух у учащихся.

5. Способствовать развитию новых традиций в школе.

6. Воспитывать уважительное отношение к культуре стран изучаемого языка, ориентировать на усвоение общечеловеческих ценностей.

1.We are very glad to see you at our Festival of  English song  “Together”! And today, our contestants will perform songs about the amazing events that make our lives interesting.

2.Сегодня мы проводим фестиваль английской песни“Together”!  ! И сегодня наши конкурсанты исполнят песни, в которых поётся об удивительных событиях, которые делают нашу жизнь интересной.

 1.So we’d like to introduce you members of our  jury. Welcome!

2.Итак,  мы хотели бы представить вам членов нашего жюри. Приветствуйте, это:…

1.From the very beginning we want to tell you, we have a surprise! Today you will listen to different famous English songs. And specially for you we’ve invited special guests. Guess, who they are? (пауза)

2.It’s a Swedish pop band; was widely noted for the colourful and trend-setting costumes its members wore; were honoured at the 50th anniversary celebration of the Eurovision Song Contest in 2005, when their hit "Waterloo" was chosen as the best song in the competition's history. Meet our stars band ABBA!

1.First participants of our festival are going to sing about the most important thing in our life. What is it? As for me, it’s a family. The 2a formers with their song “Come and meet my family”

2.A happy family is a family in which we can hear children’s voices. And a happy child is a child with toys. The 2b-formers are going to sing about one of children’s most favourite toy – puppet! Meet our little stars with their song “Ten little puppets”!

1.Are you having a good time? Yes, you and we are! And the next song proves it. Meet the3rdA-formers Lozenko Violetta, Pisach Artem and Timoschuk Mary with the song “We’re having a good time”

2.I think, it’s high time to move. Our dear guests, our participants call you to stand up and dance with them! Join us, meet the3rdA-formers Lozenko Violetta, Pisach Artem and Timposchuk Mary with the song “Come on, everybody!”

1.Now I have a question. Whose mother is the best? Mine? Yours? … Everybody’s! the 3^rd-B formers Reshetnik Amina, Zhernovskaya Margarita and Moiseenko Vicky are singing a song about the dearest person in every person’s life! “Mummy is the best in life!”

2.A German rock band; Rolling Stone magazine describes them as "the heroes of heavy metal", and MTV called them "Ambassadors of Rock". Do you know what group I am speaking about? Right It’s Scorpions.Meet the6th B formers with “Wind of change” Scorpions!

1.And now you guess my riddle: an English rock band, formed in Liverpool with members John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr. What band is it? It’s world famous group Beatles. The 7^th –A form “Yesterday”!

2.Have you ever been to Pasadena?Let’s visit it together with the 7^th B. Meet our next performers 7^th B “Pasadena!” Maywood

2.What time is it? It’s party time! Meet the 9^th A with the song “It’s party time!”

1.The 10^th form sings “Old yellow bricks” by Arctic monkeys. Meet our performers!

2.The 11^th formers finish our festival with Nickelback’s song “Far away”

1.Our concert is coming to an end. Meet our jury. They have worked hard and everybody is waiting for the results of our show!

2.So members of our jury are ready to announce the results of the competition. Let’s listen to them.
