T: Today we will have a talk about very interesting and major topic. I think it can be very useful for you. I want to start with showing you a number of pictures and I want you to say me what do you think about them. Look on you screens please.

T: It was very interesting to hear you opinion. Well, I think you have recognized the theme of our lesson.
T: You are right, we are going to have a talk about conflicts.

T: I have just sent you some clichéd words and phrases. They could help you to formulate your speech. I want to add that we have a range of rules to be followed during our conversation. You can criticize ideas not people. You ought to listen the opinion of every person even if you disagree with it. Your ultimate goal is not to win but to arrive the best solution.

T: I want you to divide on three groups.

First group:

T: You will speak out in turn. For example, the first group speaks and the other two ask questions and so on.

• What are the most common causes of conflicts?

• Whom do you often have conflicts with?

• How do you resolve conflicts?
