What should you do to be healthy? – I should do sport, eat only healthy food, refuse bad habits. What kind of sports do you like and why? – I like football, because I can run a lot in the fresh air. I like tennis because it is useful for our eyes and whole muscles of our body. What Kazakh national sport games do you know? – audaryspak, kokpar, asyk atu, togyz kumalak, etc. What does asyk atu develop? - It develops such habits as accuracy and precision.
