Essay “My homeland”

Each of us has a cherished place where we were born, and began to learn our way of life. This is our native land, which always remains in our hearts. There is nothing that can substitute the place where you were born, where you took the first steps and said the first word.

 For me, my second homeland is a small village with an unusual name - Pleshanovo. This name the village got in the late 19th century from the name of the merchant, who bought the land in the county Buzuluk I.M. Pleshanov.

Beyond the village there is a small river which begins in the nearby, the Alexander area. It is very beautiful and majestic river. Coastal scenery, spring floods and river dwellers are permanent objects of taking pictures not only among the villagers, but also tourists. And what a variety of fish here! It’s very rarely when the fisherman goes home without a catch.
