Good morning dear teachers and students! The theme of our researching is “Keeping traditions of the Imperial Tsarskoselsky Lyceum”. Why is this issue like a vital question? – because this year we have celebrated two significant dates, 20 years from foundation of lyceum in Arzamas and 200 years from opening of the Tsarskoselsky Lyceum.

The main aim of our work is to compare both educational institutions.

And there is result of our work.

At first, the date of 19^th of October is sacred for both the Tsarskoselsky and our lyceums.

Secondly, both lyceums have their own mottos: “For common profit” of the Tsarskoselsky Liceum, and “Wisdom, Friendship, Knowledge” of our school.

Our school as the Tsarskoselsky Liceum has people who have glorified it. They are not only our graduates but teachers, too.

We like graduates of the Tsarskoselsky Lyceum have different traditions such as “Light by hope who enters Lyceum”, “Teacher is the capital of lyceum, Parent is its main client, and Pupil is the face of the lyceum”.

But our lyceum has its own traits, different from the Tsarskoselsky Lyceum. For example, in our school there study both boys and girls from different talents in the sphere of science, especially in physics and mathematics bias.

Thus, “Lyceum of the 21^st century”, as we called our school, respects and increases traditions and fame of the Imperial Tsarskoselsky Lyceum.

• Making interview with teacher who have worked in Liceum since its foundation
