The best teachers teach from the heart not from the book

A teacher is a person who teaches in a school, educates students. Teaching is the greatest out of optimism. I think to be a good teacher we need to be approachable and engaging, we need to have clear objectives and efective discipline skills. The teacher need to be an effective communicator with not only the students, but also the parents. Without teachers life would have no class. Most importantly we need to love kids and love to teacher to have a good rapport with our students. Teachers who love teaching teach children to love learning. Teacher may give the children the roots to grow and the wings to fly. The job of teacher is not just to mould a student academically but mentally but emotionally as well. It’s not always easy but we have to have patience and love what we do. Teachers should not get upset or even worse, give up on the students who are not so strong in their studies. If a teacher dislikes her job goes to classes in a bad mood her teaching would also be affected and students would not be able to enjoy lessons as well. Every child in our class is someone whole world! I think a teacher is a star who teaches others how to shine. And only teachers plant the seeds of knowledge that last a live time. You can have the best education in the world and you can be a great teacher, but if your heart isn’t in it, the kids know. In order to truly reach kids or even adult students (as I’m learning), you need to form a positive rapport with them- that means a sense of trust needs to be established- an emotional component has to be involved (in my own opinion) or else you do not create an individual relationship with that person… those children know you care about them…they know you are not there collecting a paycheck… they get that their emotional well being is just as important as adding and subtracting … once kids know they can count on you- and you will listen to their problems and truly care…or you recognize something is ‘off’ or even ‘going great’ with them… they take more of an interest in their own learning and WANT to do better for you… they share a mutual respect in the relationship, which leads to an investment in their own education…no book can teach that…and no expensive college can afford you that lesson… that lies in your personality and willingness to put in some damn hard work.

The best teachers educate with their hearts not just their minds. During my practice work I found out that the teachers can’t teach something to the students if it isn’t interesting for them. You can’t teach what you don’t know well. Having teachers who know well the content they are teaching is good practice because it leads to improved student learning. A good teacher should be one who puts her heart into teaching. It would be better if the teacher is able to find common topics to chat with the students. This would let the students feel like they can relate better to the teacher. A teacher should encourage the students by saying, “You must not give up .I want to let you know that even if you’re facing so many problems, and feel like there’s no one to talk to, I’ll be here for you. Let’s strive hard and work toward our goal together”! In my opinion every educated person is obliged to the teacher. Powerful is the nation that has the best education. Parents give the child the body, and the teacher-the soul, kindness and the highest ideals. The pride of the teacher is their science giving to the pupils. In each training and education the most important thing is the teacher, his mentality. I think a bad teacher teaches the truth a good teacher teaches to find it.
