5 -6 класс
Цель:
Обобщение и актуализация знаний учащихся в области иностранных языков, возможность применения их в устной речи.
Задачи мероприятия:
Воспитательные:
1. Воспитание у молодого поколения толерантного восприятия мира.
2. Воспитание уважительного отношения к другой культуре и осознание своей через контекст культуры англо-говорящих стран.
Развивающие:
1. Развитие творческих способностей учащихся.
2. Развитие способности к выбору выражений адекватных ситуации общения.
Познавательные:
1. Знакомство с чертами американцев, британцев, австралийцев, и представителей других англоговорящих стран.
2. Ознакомление учащихся с культурой и традициями изучаемых стран.
Учебные:
1. Развитие умений воспринимать иноязычную речь на слух.
2. Развитие умений участвовать в диалоге.
Оборудование:
Сцена и зал, украшенные плакатами и постерами, посвященными англоговорящим странам;
Мультимедийное оборудование для просмотра презентаций;
Костюмы (атрибуты) представителей стран-участниц;
Дипломы для награждения наиболее ярких представителей стран, а также самых зрелищных выступлений.

S1 – Good afternoon, dear friends!
S2 – Would you like to make a tour around English-speaking countries?
S1 – Modern life is impossible without traveling. Thousands of people travel every day either on business or for pleasure. We can travel by plane, by train, by ship, or by car or even on foot.
S2 – Let’s dream a little. Imagine that have a chance to visit English speaking countries as a tourists of course. We’ll visit some countries and cities by plane. You are on a board now. Let me introduce me myself and my partner. My name is _________. I’ll be your steward. And this is _________. He’ll be our pilot.
S1 – Hello, Ladies and gentlemen! This is the pilot speaking. I would like you to welcome aboard Russian Airlines. We are going to visit the English Speaking countries: Great Britain, the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, then come back to our native town.
If there is anything we can do to make your trip with us more comfortable, please let us know. Otherwise sit back and enjoy the flight.
S2 – Ladies and gentlemen! May I have your attention, please? Fasten your seatbelts, please. The pilot is preparing to take off.
