Endangered animals. Giant Pandas.

Habitat

• The giant panda’s habitat is the west China. Giant pandas live in  large bamboo forests  on high mountains. 

Description

• I’d like to tell you about pandas. A panda has a black-and-white coat.  It has black fur on its ears, eyes, legs, arms and shoulders.  The rest of the animal's body is white. The panda's thick coat keeps it warm in the cool forests of its habitat.  An adult’s weight is 100 to 115 kg. Males can weigh up to 160 kg.

Endangered animal

• This animal is in danger because their favourite food is disappearing. Some pandas will be moved to new habitats because of the food shortage. They also suffer from low birth rates and people destroy and pollute their habitat and sometimes even hunt these animals.

Conclusion

• In conclusion I’d like to say that pandas are very beautiful and funny animals. If we want to save their species, we shouldn’t destroy their habitat, cut down trees in the forests where they live. We should help and protect them.
