Not to know is bad, not to wish to know is worse.
This proverb means that there is no use in teaching somebody without his or her desire. If you don't know something you can get all the necessary information and be up on what's going, it wouldn't bad any more. But if you don't even want to know, there is no person who can help you. We can use it in situation when a teacher tries to set a student on the right path and all her words passes by. When teacher feels disenchantment with her student, she uses this proverb.
Zeal without knowledge is a runaway horse.
This proverb means that in order to do something you should know the algorithm of actions. Just to want to do something is nothing, you must know how to do it without any damage. We can use it in situation when a person wants to cure a sick homeless animal, but he doesn't have an appropriate vet education. The desire is great, but there is a lack of knowledge and it can lead to a harm.

This proverb means that when a person wants to be successful in many aspects, he or she will not be successful in none of them. We can use it in situation when a student has to complete too many tasks and instead of doing just one of them carefully, a student tries to do them at once.

This proverb means that the main difficulty of doing something is to start to do it. We can use it in situation when for example a person can't imagine how to combine his studies and job and somebody persuades that all things are difficult before they are easy. Just start and you will get used to do it.

We can use it in situation when a person just has accidentally heard a conversation between two people and wants to clarify some facts, but these interlocutors are not going to let him into a secret.

In the case of some force-majeure this person will not be able to do with it and the damage is inevitable.

This proverb means that it is better not to know than to possess a little knowledge because it can lead to some negative consequences. We can use it in situation when a person studies at high education establishment but doesn't attend classes. That is why he or she becomes ill-taught. But still he or she reaches the degree and pretends to a job which will be completed in a bad way.
