Лексико-грамматическая игра «Jeopardy»

Правила игры:

Учащиеся делятся на несколько команд. В таблице представлены рубрики, ученики выбирают рубрику и сумму вопроса, чем выше сумма, тем сложнее вопрос. Выигрывает та команда, которая набрала больше очков.

Translation:

100-translate into Russian «break the ice» (ломать лед)

200 – translate into Russian «bossy» (властный)

300- translate into Russian: «We all have the same lessons. We are classmates» (у нас одинаковые уроки. Мы –одноклассники)

400- translate into English: «Он- почти лысый, с миндалевидными глазами и ярким воображением» (He is almost bald with almond-shaped eyes and a bright fancy)

500- Translate into Russian: «She fell off the ladder when she was painting.

Proverbs

100- repeat quickly after the teacher:

Bit a big bear, a big black bug

200 - repeat quickly after the teacher:

She sells seashells by the seashore

300 – Read it very quickly:

Give Papa a cup of proper coffee in a copper coffee-pot

400 – tell us your proverb on English

500 – Read it very quickly:

Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers, a peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked, if Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers.

600 – Translate into Russian:

Don`t trouble troubles until troubles trouble you.

Grammar

100- Which Tense is it?- I am reading a book. (Present Continuous)

200- Which Tense is it? – She was cooking a dinner at 5 o`clock yesterday (Past Continuous)

300 – Say a sentence with a planned action (be going to)

400 – What do we use in this sentence? – will or be going to? – Look! Pat`s here, I`ve an ides to speak with her. I……………..go and talk to her. (will)

500 – Put the right verb:

I was cleaning the attic, when I came across/came down my diary. (came across)

600 – Tell the sentence in Past Continuous with Past Simple.

Others:

100- Guess: What is found over your head but under your hat? (hair)

200- Translate into English: «миндалевидный» (almond-shaped)
