Игра -викторина «Harvest festivals».

Мероприятие предназначено для 7,8 классов.

Проводить на осенних каникулах.

Цель: Обобщение и углубление знаний учащихся по английскому языку, привлечение внимания к предмету.

Задачи:

-познавательные – активизация мыслительной деятельности учащихся, обобщение и систематизация знаний, умений и навыков, полученных учащимися при изучении тем «Времена года», «Обычаи и традиции»;

-развивающие – развить кругозор учащихся, , умений и навыков коллективной творческой деятельности, способствовать развитию мышления, познавательной и творческой активности учащихся; развивать умение слушать другого человека и работать в группе , умения самоанализа и самооценки, способности к творческой работе;

-воспитательные – воспитание творческих способностей, умений, чувство красоты.

Форма проведения: игра- викторина.

Оформление и оборудование: презентация про День Благодарения, презентация о великих мастерах, воспевавших осень, ведеоролик про осень , песня из ютуб «Harvest samba” жетончики.

Ход мероприятия.

1. Вводный этап. Звучит стихотворение

Autumn Fires

In the other gardens

And all up the vale,

From the autumn bonfires

Ведущий : What is the poem about?

Учащиеся после прослушивания высказывают свои предположения.

Учитель подтверждает правильное и дает стихотворение в переводе.

Осенние огни (перевод К. Бальмонта)

2 этап. Любимое время года - осень.

Ведущий -You are right. We are going to speak about autumn. A lot of people enjoy it. It’s the most colourful season. It’s the time of harvest and colourful leaves. Do you like it?

Учащиеся высказывают свои мнения про это время года. Разделились на тех, кто любит осень и тех, кто не очень любит осень, обосновывают свои мнения.

Ведущий –Let’s divide in two teams. Please, choose your emblems and names.

Команды выбирают эмблемы-смайлики, названия на осеннюю тему.

Ведущий – Of course, some people don’t like autumn. I’d like you to see the presentation about famous writers and poets who considered autumn the most beautiful season of the year.

2.Этап. Quiz. Let’s have a quiz. Each team will answer interesting questions. For right answers I will give points. Let’s start!

3.Задание « Guess the word” другой группе на угадывание слова по теме «Осень».

The next task. Teams, prepare riddles about autumn holidays for your friends.

Team 1. The riddle- Traditional colours of this autumn holiday are yellow and black. What holiday is it?

Team 2.- Turkey is the traditional food on this day. What holiday is it?

Ведущий – Let’s add 1 point for riddles.

4.По командам составляют кроссворд.

Now make up in teams crosswords out of 5 autumn words. Let’s start. You have 5 minits time.

Check your work. Give your crosswords each other and guess them. Who will be the first, gets 2 points. Another team will get 1 point.

5.Этап. It’s time to learn a new song. Its name is Harvest samba – отрабатывем песню, поем.

7. Рефлексия. Учащиеся рассуждают о красоте и нужности каждого времени года, о том , что нужно уметь замечать красоту и любоваться ею( группа с эмблемой равнодушного смайлика меняют свой на улыбку). Видеоролик с осенней красотой природы под звуки песни «What a wonderful world” Луи Армстронга.

8.Подсчет жетонов. Итоги. Награждение.
