IMPORTANCE OF VIRTUAL LABORATORIES ON IMPROVING CHEMICAL KNOWLEDGE.

At the present time  increasingly prevalence of telecommunication, innovation of all human activities, development of information exchanging by computer technology are influencing discussions of applying telecommunication for the quality of education.  Implementation of computer technology on education is the result of scientific-technological development.  As it is objective and inevitable process, the problem of virtualizing education, as for as a style of implementing computer technology, is becoming riddle.

Current information technology and computer telecommunication, which is the part of internet hyper system, create opportunities to gathering information and editing. But these technologies have not being implemented enough for education.

Virtual laboratories activates movement of objects in electron - educational  environment. It gives several chances to improve physical, biological, mathematical, geometrical, technological knowledge.

Exploring the problem, stated above, gives a chance to emphasize, virtual technological-education laboratory:

-is used as a effective style of teaching, while it cannot replace teacher, provides choices of learning process and direction to student;

-it is provided as a machine of text, audio, graphic and video information, while it can receive big volume of information and unites opportunities of manual and computer  .

-it is referred as a complicated assemblage of any scientific branch, presents all facilities of creating tasks and using any tool, while teacher can control students.

One of the aim of creating virtual laboratories is visualizing learning process completely.

Tasks of virtual laboratories:

To confirm learned rules and definitions are true;

To provide freshness of air in the room and safety of experiments;

To make experiments individually. It effects independence, skills, technological capacity of students;

To implement virtual laboratories during lessons overcomes difficulties between practical and theoretical activities. These help improvement of students’ knowledge;

Virtual technological-educational laboratory presents chances to have experiments in scientific creating character;

Technological laboratory provides subjective experiment of student during in problematic condition;

To apply open operational products and computer technologies to teaching process;

To do practical tasks during seminar activities;

In addition chances of virtual laboratories:

Shortages of purchasing expensive laboratory tools;

Activating experiments, which are principally impossible, in laboratorial environment;

Safety;

Saving time and recourses;

Automatic calculation of experiments;

To apply virtual laboratories in distance teaching

To have series of experiments by changing settings by computer;

Virtual laboratories are becoming increasingly prevalent while it moderns experiments;

Video, audio and animated tasks attracts students;

Reduces difficulties of calculating results of experiments;

Gives chances to have experiments in series to improve skills of students;

To sum up, virtual technological-educational laboratories enlarge independent activities of students while learning branches of science and environment, improves logical thinking and helps to find solution to the problems in the future.   It means  technological-educational laboratories are organic part of success of implementing computer technologies for improving independence of students.
