The English magazine World's 50 Best Restaurants recognized Italian Nadia Santini as the best cook among women in the world. Already in 1996, Santini became the first Italian to receive three Michelin stars for her Dal Pescatore restaurant, located in Runate, between Mantova and Cremona.

Significant in the life of a woman was a meeting with her future husband Antonio. Before marriage, Nadia was not particularly interested in cooking, but, having fallen into a new family, she began to learn the basics of Italian cuisine under the strict guidance of her grandmother Antonio.

Santini's fame did not end there: in 2013, the British magazine Restaurant recognized her as the best chef in the world. For the first time in history, this title was given to a woman .

According to Nadia, she was not always interested in cooking, and before her marriage, she did not know how to use kitchen utensils. Her husband’s mother infected her with love for cooking. So don’t worry if you still don’t know how to cook: the example of Nadia showed that life can change dramatically after marriage!

Santini Restaurant, which employs several people from a large family, specializes in authentic Italian cuisine with elements of modern gastronomy. The restaurant's menu is mainly seasonally dependent, but some dishes can be ordered throughout the year. For example, ravioli in broth, scrambled eggs with herbs, grilled eel and some others.
