Jigsaw Puzzle

The procedure: the text (‘Dealing with difficult people’) is divided between members of a group (= 12 people) so that each learner has their own section. Every person studies the text, becoming an expert on their part. The next step is creating jigsaw groups – all parts are discussed in 6 pairs (home groups), therefore each student can fill their own gaps. After that students are supposed to do a group project (6 sections of the text = 6 people in a corner group) – to fill the chart ‘Negative personality types & dealing with them’ , taking turns in being experts on each personality type. The next step could be comparing two charts.
