Конспект урока английского языка в 7 классе на тему «Притяжательные местоимения».

I. Организационный момент

• Hello, children! My name is T.A.! I am very glad to see you.

• Today is the 7^th of November.

• It’s a nice day today, isn’t it?

II. Фонетическая зарядка.

[ ju:] – beautiful

[ei] – brave

[e] - heavy

[] - comfortable

[ai] – nice

[ i:] – deep

• What part of speech is it? (An adjective).

• Look at the suffixes: ful-, and -able: with their help you can determine the adjectives.

III. Scottish man (стук в дверь).

• Hello, boys and girls. My name is John. I am 14. I am from Scotland. I am as brave as you. My clothes are not as modern as you. I am as clever as you. I am as tall as you. My bag isn’t as heavy as you. What do you tell me about you?

(Дети размышляют)

• Oh, it’s a pity. You can’t tell me about you. I’ll give you time to think. I will be back soon. Bye-bye!

• Don’t worry. I’ll help you. We repeat constructions as...as, not as...as, and besides, we’ll know about possessive pronouns. Good luck!

IV. Now let us play. Our game is called “The magic flower”. Look at the blackboard: there are many leaves. You should take one leaf and translate from Russian into English or from English into Russian.

1. такой же красивый как я

2. не такой смелый как ты

3. as nice as her

4. not as clever as them

5. as funny as him

6. такой же современный как ты

• You are very good and clever boys and girls. But we have some leaves left. Now let’s repeat these construction. Look at the pictures. Your task is to make up sentences with these constructions. For example: I am as...as Nick. I am not as...as Jane.

V. I suggest you to match the pronouns with the cards in the left column.

Mine, yours, his, hers, its, ours, yours, theirs.

• You made a table and let’s make a conclusion.

• What did you notice in these pronouns?

• What about the endings?

• Yes, you are right. Every pronouns end with –s. But there are two exceptions: mine and his.

• These pronouns exchange nouns. For example:

My bag is as heavy as yours.

My friend’s cat is as funny as mine.

His sofa isn’t as comfortable as hers.

Cards:

• Here are some cards for you. You should fill in the necessary words.

  1. This book is as interesting as (твоя).

  2. Your mistakes are not as bad as (мои).

  3. Their flat is as small as (ваша).

  4. Her story is not as good as (его).

  5. Our teacher is as kind as (их).

Now my and I think your favourite task. Sit down on the computer tables. You should make tests. Choose the right answer.

• Now we know possessive pronouns, we repeat construction as...as, not as... as. Let’s call John.

• “John, come in”, we can tell you about us. Listen, please!
