Anti-social behavior typically involves actions that break laws, rules or social norms.

It includes things such as:  rowdy, noisy behaviour in otherwise quiet neighborhoods, night time noise, drunken behaviour  vandalism, graffiti…

It is about using mobiles while driving.

You can’t concentrate on driving. It is dangerous.
