«Crosses and noughts»

Цель: использование лингвострановедческого материала для поддержания мотивации к изучению иностранного языка

Задачи:

- повторить пройденный учебный материал в неформальной обстановке во время игры;

- повысить уровень мотивации к изучаемому языку;

Ход урока:

1. Организационный момент. Объяснение темы. Мотивация.

Teacher:  Hello, my dear children! How are you today? During many lessons we’ve learnt the material about television, tried to answer the question : What time is it?, learnt Present and Past Simple Tenses? Why have we done that? Today we will have a funny and clever game – “Crosses and noughts”. We will play, make some interesting puzzles, answer my questions, revise our grammar and lexical skills.

We will be devided into two teams. The first will be “Crosses” and the second will be “Noughts”. So, today each team will have the results cards. For each your right answer I will give you a point. At the end of our game we’ll count our results and name the winner. Let’s begin our game!

- Добрый день дорогие друзья! Сегодня мы с вами поиграем в одну веселую и очень умную игру, которая называется «Крестики-нолики». Мы будем участвовать в разных конкурсах, отвечать на интересные вопросы. На доске вы видите таблицу, в которую будут фиксироваться ваши результаты. За каждый правильно выполненный конкурс вы будете получать бал. В конце нашего мероприятия мы подведем итоги, подсчитаем ваши крестики и нолики и выявим победителя. Ну что, давайте начинать!

Teacher: And now, lets training out tongue. Look at the screen. There are some words on the screen, let’s read them correctly.

( Дети выбирают цифры на экране. В каждой цифре по 6 заданий. За каждое задание дети получают бал. Если ответа на вопрос нет право ответить переходит к другой команде.)

Teacher: You should tell the time.

(6 заданий на время)

2^nd Round

“Grammar”

Teacher: And now we are going to speak about grammar.

(6 заданий по грамматике)

3d Round

“Do you like TV?”

Teacher: The third task is to look at the screen and answer the question “What is on?”

4^th Round

“What time is it? What is on?”

Teacher: This round is called – “What time is it? What is on?”. Dear friends, look at the screen, please. You see a TV programme there. You should tell the time and tell us what is on.

5^th Round

“Do the test”

Teacher: You should choose a right variant to answer the following questions.

6^th Round

“ Mistakes”

Teacher: And now you should complete the sentences.

7^th Round

“Let’s talk about grammar”

Teacher: And now we are going to speak about grammar rules.

8^th Round

“Make up the sentences”

Teacher: You should make up sentences

^9th Round

“Make up the sentences”

Teacher: You should correct the mistakes.

Teacher: So, thanks for your work. As you see we’ve revised all the grammar, all the words. You have worked very well. Let’s count your points to call a winner.
