Ways of solving the problem - help If you are passing by such people buy them at least some meal, they would be very grateful. When you walk past throw them a coin to show that you’re not indifferent to them. You can donate food or money in the canteens and open charities. You can bring clothes in special items. Of course, it is not the solution. But perhaps this is a good start. But only the beginning, nothing more.
