One day in the life of Jason

Let me tell you about myself. I am thirteen and I am in the third class at a Grammar school in Liverpool.

I had a terrible day! I woke up too late and didn’t have time to eat my breakfast. I couldn’t find my textbooks, my copybooks and my schoolbag. At last I found my books in the kitchen and I found my bag — my dog was playing with it! I was nearly late for school.

The first lesson on Monday morning is Science. What a ter­rible way to start the week! Mr Green, the Science teacher, took our homework. He saw that my copybook was dirty and there was no homework in it. In a hurry I took the wrong copybook and left the one with the homework at home. The teacher was very angry and gave me a bad mark for it.

The next lesson was German. I like German. I enjoy talking to somebody in another language.

At last, it was eleven o’clock: time for break. I left my lunchbox at home in a hurry. My friend Justin gave me a piece of pizza to eat with my yoghurt. I was so thankful to him.

After the break we had two lessons of PE! They were great: I like PE so much! It was great to play basketball. But I hurt my knee and had to sit and do the tests instead of playing during the second lesson.
