T: Thanks. Now pupils open your books and copy books. Put down today`s date. I`ll give you cards

T: Who is the President of Uzbekistan?

P1: Islam Karimov is the President of Uzbekistan.

T: who is Rustam Kasimjanov?

P2: He is a chess player.

T: How many colours are there in our flag?

P3: There are 4 colours there

T: All right. Open your books on page 137. Look at the exercise 1. Look and answer.

May Day is a holiday in England. On May Day young people pick flowers and put them in their homes. They sing spring song and choose a May King and a May Queen and give them crowns of spring flowers. Children dance round a may pole with coloured ribbons. The ribbons make a bright picture on the Maypole. But not a lot of people do it now.
