УМК: Solutions Upper-Intermediate

Класс: 9 Б, 6 человек.

Тема: Property Boom

Тип учебного занятия: урок-введение нового лексического материала.

Цель: формирование знаний - организация работы по усвоению ими понятий, лексики, предусмотренных учебной программой и требованиями к данному юниту.

Задачи:

1. практические: - тренировка навыков аудирования, говорения и чтения; - практика учащихся в применении новой лексики, Обучать языковой догадке с опорой на визуальный ряд.

2. общеобразовательные: - Познакомить с лексикой по теме “ Property Boom” и обеспечить ее активизацию в серии языковых и речевых упражнений, расширение общего кругозора.

3. воспитательные: - формирование навыков интеллектуального труда; - дальнейшее формирование интереса к предмету; - воспитание трудолюбия и активности, самостоятельности.

4. развивающие: - развитие языковой догадки; - развитие памяти, мышления, воображения; - развитие умения работать самостоятельно.

Оснащение урока: Solutions Upper-Intermediate student’s book and workbook, компьютер, доска, диски.

Ход урока

Организационный момент:

T: Good morning, boys and girls. I’m glad to see you! How are you?
P: We’re glad to see you too, we are fine, thanks and how are you?
T: I’m fine too, thank you. Sit down, please. Today we’ll speak about types of properties. First of all, what is a property?
P: Something that is yours, like houses, cars, flats.
T: What can we do with a property?
P: Rent, buy, sell etc.

T: Look at the blackboard. Here you can see a list of words. Let’s read them after me.
На доске слова с переводом и транскрипцией:

• furnished-обставленный мебелью

• conversion- что-либо переделано

• barn-хлев

• basement-фундамент

• unfurnished-без мебели

• warehouse-склад

• cable-кабель

• detached-отдельный

• lease-сдача в наем

• open-plan-открытая планировка

• top-floor-верхний этаж

Чтение происходит по схеме: T – Class- P1- P2-P3.

Речевая разминка:

T: Open your SBs p.17. Look at ex.1. Let’s read and translate the words in the box.
(перевод слов и чтение их по схеме T – Class- P1- P2-P3).
T: Ok, now, do the ex. You got 2 minutes.

T: Let’s check it. P, describe picture A, please. Вспомогательные вопросы: What can you see in this picture? Is this a house or a flat? Is it big or small? What type fo property is that?

(ответы учащихся)

T: Well done! Try to answer my questions. What do we call a property that used to be something else?
P: We call it a conversion.
T: What do we call a place where farm animals eat and sleep?
P: A barn.
T: What do we call a property that doesn’t have furniture?
P: unfurnished.
Основная часть урока:

T: Well done! I want to check your homework. What was it for today?

P: ex.2, p.17 SB, ex.1, p.13 WB

T: We begin with ex.2. P, read and translate the words in the box.

T: Ok, I want you to exchange your copybooks with your partners. (меняются тетрадями). Good, now listen and check.

T: Is everything clear? Should we listen to it again? (если непонятно 2 раза слушать, скорее всего будет понятно)/ P, read the descriptions and try to translate them.

T: We will listen to these descriptions again, but this time the task will be to write down the meanings of the following abbreviations.

T: Well done! Open your SB p.17. Look at the picture of a man. Who can describe the picture?

P:I can.

P: There is a man in the picture, he is very happy.

T: Good, P, describe the flat in the picture.

P: It is very small.

T: P, read the questions, please. Let’s translate them.
