Present Perfect (Настоящее совершенное время) употребляется, когда говорим о действиях или событиях, которые произошли в неопределенный момент в прошлом, но имеют отношение к настоящему. Форма Present Continuous строится с использованием вспомогательного глагола "to be" в настоящем времени и причастия настоящего времени глагола (ing-форма):

Present Continuous может использоваться для описания временного события, которое происходит вокруг момента говорения, но может не продолжаться долго:
