Introduction
Good afternoon. My name is Elizaveta Safonova. I am introducing you my project work in English on the topic "My pet".

My pet
My puppy's name is Tosha. We bought it two years ago. When we came to the seller, Tosha was not alone there. There was another puppy. As soon as we brought Tosha home, he immediately began to explore his new place of residence. My mom gave him half of my room. We put the diaper, put the cup and bought him a special bed. Tosha immediately made friends with all the dogs in the neighborhood. He was very fond of our neighbors.

But all this fun has its drawbacks. Tosha hates to take a bath. He tries to get out of it. Although there are toys, and the water is warm, Tosha doesn't like to swim. But he loves to go to the groomer. There is a girl Natalia, who cuts him. Tosha loves her very much, and visits her with great pleasure.

Tosha loves to eat. He eats absolutely everything! He loves melons very much, loves everything that is connected with meat, and loves a variety of beverages. But his favorite food is homemade ravioli.

A characteristic of the breed

The breed of my dog is a Yorkshire Terrier. The Yorkshire Terrier is a small, toy-sized dog. The small head is rather flat on the top, with a medium-sized muzzle. The teeth meet in a scissors or level bite. The nose is black. The medium-sized eyes are dark with dark eye rims. The erect ears are V-shaped. All four legs are straight when viewed from the front. The round feet have black toenails. Dewclaws are usually removed. The tail is customarily docked to a medium length and carried somewhat higher than the back. Note: it is illegal to dock tails in most parts of Europe. The long, glossy coat is fine and silky and falls straight down on either side. The coat comes in a steel blue and tan color. The body and tail are blue and the rest of the dog is tan. Puppies are brown, black and tan. The hair on the head is so abundant that it is almost always necessary to gather it in a band to keep from going into the dog's food bowl and to give the animal maximum visibility. Some owners choose to trim the hair on top of the head.

Conclusion

I have learnt a lot of new things about Yorkshire Terrier. I think someone will love dogs more and make them pets to take care of and become more kind-hearted.
