Globalization is the process of the world changing structure of the economy.

А number of benefits from the globalization process:

• globalization has caused the aggravation of the international competition;

• savings on production scale that can potentially lead to reduced costs and lower prices, and consequently, to steady economic growth;

• the advantages of globalization are connected also with the gains from trade on a mutually beneficial basis satisfactory to all parties, which may be individuals, firms and other organizations, countries, trade unions and even entire continents;

• globalization can lead to increased productivity as a result of the rationalisation of production at the global level and the proliferation of advanced technology and competitive pressures in favor of continuous innovation on a global scale.

Globalization deepens, expands and accelerates the world are interconnected and interdependent in all spheres of today's social life.

• Globalization has created international competition. Competition is a stimulator of production.
• Globalization has provoked a savings of production scale, that contributed to the avoidance of shocks in the economy and lower prices

• The owners, which is not able to produce a large quantity of goods are losing money, and people – work.
• The de-industrialization of the economy – manufacturing sectors are losing ground, while the arena goes thriving service sector.

The cons of globalization

• International trade is beneficial to all subjects of market relations.
• The introduction of modern technologies and increase productivity.
• Countries at stages of development, can catch up with the advanced countries, improving their economic situation.

• Competition creates a big gap between skilled and unskilled employees. Salary first increases significantly, while the latter receive a penny or even lose the source of income.
• Globalization greatly affects the ecosystem of the world. Conflicts over use of natural resources will not be avoided.
