Apart from radio and television, media also includes the Internet, films, and printed publications

(books, magazines, newspapers, tabloids). Everyone can always find something interesting.

Mass media informs, educates and entertains people. It is known that mass media plays a crucial

role in forming public opinion. The way the information is provided forms people’s opinion or

makes them change their views and their attitude to current events. Some TV and radio stations and newspapers belong to big corporations and are widely used for .. (3). Of course, most people are not happy with the great amount of advertising on mass media but they can do nothing about it.

Mass media also plays a crucial role in educating people; there are many educational radio programmes and television channels that you can learn from, like the National Geographic Channel and the Discovery Channel.
