Teacher. Good afternoon, my dear students! Today we are going to discuss ecological problems, what causes them and how to protect our Earth from ourselves.
Why do we need to discuss “Ecology”?
II ЭТАП. ОСНОВНОЙ
Phonetics. Listen to me and repeat after me. What unites the words in a line? Translate them.
Reuse, reduce, recycle
Litter, garbage, rubbish
Damage, destroy, spoil, pollute
Environment, nature, countryside, wildlife
Vocabulary. Do task 2 on your computers. Match the words from the left and the right columns. Make word combinations and translate them.
Speaking. Look at the pictures. What can you see? What are the people doing? Why? Tell the class your ideas.
Brainstorming. These people want to save the Earth. From what? What ecological problems are there on the Earth now? Work in small groups and brainstorm your ideas.
Viewing and speaking.
Do you want to watch a Russian cartoon on ecological problems? Enjoy it and tell the class what it is about. What is it about? Retell it to the class.
