We live in a vibrant and hectic world, and sometimes it can be hard to keep up. This is why it is extremely essential to find time for relaxation and recreation (B2). My project is designed (B2) to explore (B2) how teenagers relax after a busy day in Zetland. I have found some data on this issue (which are) presented in the table.

According to the table, the most popular way to relax among the questioned teenagers is being engaged in a hobby (38%). The second most popular activity is spending time with friends (31%). Meanwhile, the least popular choice is eating tasty food, which is preferred by 3% of the respondents.

Predictably, spending free time with friends is more popular with the teenagers than sleeping. The difference makes up 15%. It is quite evident (B2) because teenagers are very young and like socializing a lot.

It is noteworthy that one of the problems that can arise (C1) with having a rest among teenagers is that their choice does not provide a relaxing respite (передышка), but it generally leads to weariness (усталость), as teenagers mostly prefer to relax surfing the Internet which puts an additional strain (напряжение) (B2) on the brain. To tackle (B2) this problem, teenagers should choose such forms of recreation (B2) which give profound (глубокий) (C2) rest to body and mind and help them cope (B2) with stress and tiredness (B2).

In conclusion, I strongly believe that it is crucial (B2) for every person to relax well. As a matter of fact, modern life is extremely stressful and if one wants to stay healthy, they have to give themselves some time for rest and recovery
