Hello everyone! I am glad to see you again and today we are going to show our best!

It’s time for the game and I wish all of you good luck! But first I have some questions: Did you divide yourselves into teams? Excellent! Did you choose the leader of your team? Very good! What are the names of your teams? Introduce yourselves, please.

Let’s start our game.

Кожнаму капітану неабходна скласці 10 слоў з пераблытаных літар і затым яго правільна вымавіць. Кожнае правільнае слова – 2 балы.

На дошцы намалевана табліца. Каманды выбіраюць катэгорыю і колькасць балаў, якія яны могуць атрымаць за правільны адказ.

BORISOV

1. The main and most important sight of Borisov. It is shown at posters and calendars, was built in 1874 (The Cathedral of the Resurrection of the Lord)

2. Enumerate rivers of Borisov (Berezina and its tributaries – Sha, Hayna, Plisa, Bobr)

3. Two monuments dedicated to Russian and French soldiers (the war of 1812) were set near this village (Brili)

4. There were several streets with names of famous people in Borisov. This avenue was named by the governor of Minsk Nikolai Trubetskoy (Revolution Avenue)

1. This wonder was designed by the Greek architects Satyrus and Pythius and constructed around 353 B.C. on a hill overlooking the ancient city. It stood 135 feet high, and its exterior was surrounded by an ornamental frieze (Tomb of Maussollos at Halicarnassus)

2. Historians often debate the actual existence of this wonder, because there's no physical evidence and any documents never mention them (Greek scholars first described them), accounts state that they consisted of vaulted terraces raised above one another and supported on pillars – in other words, an artificial rising mountain of them (Hanging Gardens of Babylon)

3. Scholars believe that the statue stood either on a pedestal at the entrance to the island's harbor or on a breakwater in the harbor. An earthquake destroyed the statue in 226 B.C., a mere 54 years after its construction (Colossus at Rhodes)

Задача:

развіваць метадамі інтэлектуальна-гульнявой дзейнасці навыкі працы ў калектыве, карэктнай дыскусійнай дзейнасці.

Мэты:

1) удасканаліць лексічныя, граматычныя і навыкі маўлення, праверыць веды навучэнцаў па краязнаўстве;

2) развіваць творчыя здольнасці і камунікатыўныя навыкі, уменні працаваць у групе, павялічыць матывацыю да вывучэння англійскай мовы ў навучэнцаў.

3) сфарміраваць паважлівыя адносіны да культуры і традыцый краін замежнай мовы.

Дадзеная распрацоўка можа быць выкарыстана як падвядзенне вынікаў вывучэння англійскай мовы за пэўны перыяд часу ці для тыдня англійскай мовы. Віктарына развівае пазнавальную цікавасць, стварае станоўчую матывацыю да далейшага вывучэння замежнай мовы, актывізуе творчыя здольнасці школьнікаў, дазваляе адысці ад сухога дзелавога стылю ўрока. Заданні, пададзеныя ў віктарыне, не з'яўляюцца практыкаваннямі, накіраванымі на праверку ведаў навучэнцаў па граматыцы ці лексіцы замежнай мовы, а дазваляюць зірнуць на замежную мову з іншага, гульнявога боку.

Ствараецца адчуванне поспеху, што вельмі важна пры вывучэнні кожнага прадмета, а тым больш замежнай мовы.

Віктарына складаецца з некалькіх блокаў: «Лексічны», «Граматычны», «Кемлівасць» і «Пытанні па краязнаўстве». У кожным з іх па некалькі заданняў, за якія налічваюцца балы. Таксама ёсць конкурс капітанаў.

Навучэнцы падзяляюцца на 2-3 каманды па 5 чалавек у кожнай і выбіраюць капітана. Лепш дзяцей папярэдзіць пра гульню загадзя, каб не марнаваць шмат часу на арганізацыйныя пытанні. У якасці журы можна запрасіць вольных настаўнікаў (асабліва калі гэта адкрыты ўрок) ці 3-х вучняў старэйшых класаў, якім таксама будзе цікава паўдзельнічаць. І канчаткова заўсёды ёсць некалькі дзяцей, якія па нейкіх прычынах не хочуць прымаць удзел у віктарыне – яны могуць быць журы.
