Конспект урока по теме:

«Климат. Погода».

Задачи урока:

1. Активизировать употребление лексики по теме «Погода» в речи учащихся.

2. Совершенствование грамматических навыко по темам «Словообразование», «Настоящее/Прошедшее/Будущее время»

3. Тренировать учащихся в употреблении безличных предложений.

Цели:

Образовательные:

1. систематизация лексики;

2. развитие речевых умений:

   • формирование умений делать описания;

   • совершенствование грамматических навыков (настоящее длительное, простое прошедшее, простое будущее время)

Развивающие:

1. развитие способности прогнозировать, анализировать, делать выводы;

2. развитие интеллектуальных способностей (памяти, мышления, внимания);

3. развитие практических навыков работы в парах и группах.

4. развитие творческих способностей учащихся;

5. развитие коммуникативных способностей учащихся в диалогической и монологической речи.

Воспитательные:

1. воспитание культуры общения, речевого взаимодействия;

2. воспитание положительного отношения к деятельности друг друга в коллективной работе.

Учебник Английского языка 6 класс, авторы Афанасьева, Михеева.

Ход урока

1. Организационный момент и речевая зарядка (2 min)

- Good morning, children! I am very glad to see you. How are you today?

- What date is it today? And what day is it today?

- Who is absent today?

- We have many guests today. They are your parents and teachers from other schools. We are very glad to see you – you are welcome.

2. Сообщение цели урока (1 min)

Today we will speak about weather and climate in different seasons. We will also learn to tell weather forecasts and you will play a role of TV reader of weather forecast.

3. Фонетическая заряда (3 min)

Let`s begin our lesson with a tongue-twister about “The Weather”. Look at the screen please and repeat after me. (Слайд 2)

Exercise 5. “Weather forecast”. Let`s listen to your forecast for tomorrow. (5-7 min)

Exercise 6. Now we will speak about seasons of the year. How many seasons are there in a year? (Слайд 14)

You will work in group of 3 people. Your task (1) is to put sentences into right order. (3 min)

SEASONS

There are four seasons in a year. They are winter, spring, summer and autumn.

Winter begins in December. Winter months are December, January and February. In winter the weather is usually cold, frosty and windy and it often snows. The days are short and the nights are long. Winter is time for fun – children usually ski, skate, sledge and plav snowballs.

Spring begins in March. Spring months are March, April find May. Spring weather is usually very changeable – sometimes it is cold and rainy and sometimes it is sunny and warm. In spring everything wakes up: flowers, grass and trees begin to grow, birds come back from warm countries.

Summer begins in June and lasts for three months: June, July and August. The weather is warm, sunny and bright. Summer days are long and hot, with a lot of sunshine. All people like summer, especially schoolchildren – they have summer holidays. Many people go to the country or to the dacha and travel a lot. Summer is the best season for sports in the open air – people play football, basketball, tennis, badminton and swim.

Autumn begins in September and lasts for three months: September October and November. Autumn is a beautiful season because trees are red, brown, green and yellow. In early autumn the weather is sunny, warm and bright. In late autumn the weather is cool, cloudy, rainy and wet. The days become shorter and the nights longer. Autumn is a “tasty” season because we can eat a lot of fruit and vegetables.
