Цели урока:

Обучающие:

- активизировать процесс запоминания излагаемого лексического материала путём

комбинирования новых и ранее усвоенных лексических единиц;

- развивать слуховую оперативную память;

- формировать навыки неподготовленной речи.

Развивающие:

- обогащать и систематизировать лексический материал

продуктивного плана;

- формировать коммуникативные умения: вести диалог, формулировать вопросы.

Воспитывающие:

- воспитать уважительное, толерантное отношение к чужому мнению;

- стимулировать интерес учащихся к изучению иностранного языка через интересные формы и методы работы.

Здоровьесберегающие:

- предупреждать переутомления детей путем смены деятельности и музыкальной паузы.

Технологии:

- технология развивающего, личностно-ориентированного обучения.

Техническое оснащение урока:

- слайды с лексическими таблицами;

- мультимедийный проектор;

- программное обеспечение (Ms Оffice, , Power Point);

- аудиозапись монологических высказываний людей о дружбе;

Ход урока:

I Lead-in. (1-2 min)

Hello, everybody! Are you OK? – I hope so.

My dear boys and girls! I’m not going to tell you what we shall do in our today’s lesson. I would like you to guess and name its topic. I hope it won’t be a very difficult task because I know you are clever and quick-witted pupils. Are you ready to start? Then, let’s go! (record of soft music, presentation and my words)

Friendship is a thing for two,
Three or four, even more,
Like a song that is made to sing
Friendship is a doing thing.
Friends are people who share,
Friends are people who care.
They try to understand.
They give a helping hand.

Well, who has already guessed what our lesson is about? – Pupils’ answers.

Yes, today is the day when we speak about friends and friendship. You can see the motto of our lesson on this slide. These words belong to the Greek philosopher and scientist Aristotle. Let’s read them.

So, let's begin our lesson. It is not a secret that out life gets more and more difficult every time and that's why we need somebody who helps us to solve our problems. Some of them are our parents but we can't tell them everything. The topic of our lesson is "Friends" . And we are going to speak about people who we can spend our free time and share our ideas with. We'll do some kind of research and I'm sure you'll find out the best way to make friends.

II Main part of the lesson. (20 min)

First of all, let’s revise the words and word combinations, which help us to speak about friends and relations.

One pupil goes to the blackboard and finds for us the Russian equivalents of the following words. (you have 3-4 minutes for doing this).

Look here, please. What can you see on the screen? Yes, these are proverbs about friends. Let’s read them aloud and translate. (ПРИЛОЖЕНИЕ №1)

1. A friend in need is a friend indeed.

2. Old friends and old wine are the best.

3. Friendship is not bought at a fair.

4. Between friends all is common.

5. A friend to all is a friend to none.

Thank you. We’ll go back to these proverbs at the end of our lesson. And now let’s check up words on the blackboard. Is it right? Read the words aloud.

Well done. Now I offer you to work in pairs. Read these ideas about friendship and say if you agree or disagree. Try to give your arguments. You have 4 minutes for doing it.
