Тема: Property Boom: Buying abroad

Тип учебного занятия: урок повторения, систематизации и обобщения знаний, закрепления умений

Цель: Совершенствование, систематизация и закрепление навыков чтения, перевода.

Задачи:

1. практические: - тренировка ранее введенного лескического материала; - практика учащихся в применении навыков.

2) общеобразовательные: - расширение словарного запаса; - систематизация, обобщение и закрепление пройденного материала; - расширение общего кругозора.

3) воспитательные: - формирование навыков интеллектуального труда; - дальнейшее формирование интереса к предмету; - воспитание трудолюбия и активности, самостоятельности.

4) развивающие: - развитие языковой догадки; - развитие памяти, мышления, воображения; - развитие умения работать самостоятельно.

Оснащение урока: Solutions Upper-Intermediate workbook, компьютер, доска.

Ход урока

Организационный момент:

T: Good morning, boys and girls. I’m glad to see you! How are you?
P: We’re glad to see you too, we are fine, thanks and how are you?
T: I’m fine too, thank you. Sit down, please. Today we are going to continue speaking about properties. Let’s begin our lesson. Look at the blackboard, please.
Here you can see a list of words. Let’s read them after me.
Фонетическая разминка:
На доске слова с переводом и транскрипцией: emigration-миграция, overseas - заграница, Britons- британцы, Australia- Австралия, Ireland- Ирландия, permanently - постоянно, majority- большинство, decline- упадок.
Чтение происходит по схеме: T – Class- P1- P2-P3.

T: I’d like you to find these words in the text, read the sentence and try to translate it. (Дети ищут слова в тексте. Читают предложение и его перевод)
Речевая разминка:
T: Well done! Now open your WB p.13, les read the text. What is the title of it?

P: Leaving Britain.

T: So what do you think this text is about?
P: About emigration.

T: That’s right, is emigration is good or bad for the country?

P: It’s bad/ good…
T: Now I hope you are ready to read the text. Be attentive, somebody will translate.

T: We are going to work with the text, let’s do ex. 4. You’ve got 3 minutes.

Т.:Good job! What are the advantages and disadvantages of emigration? Put down your answers to these questions and then you will all read them aloud.

Учащиеся записывают ответы, затем читают их вслух.
