Тема: «Наречие. Образование наречий»

Тип урока: комбинированный

Цели урока:

Обучающие: систематизация и обобщение ранее изученного грамматического материала по теме «Adverbs. Formation of adverbs»;

Развивающая: развитие навыков неподготовленной устной речи, тренировка речевого аппарата, развитие логики;

Воспитательная: повышение мотивации к изучению иностранного языка, воспитание интереса к изучению истории, умения слушать друг друга во время дискуссии.

Задачи урока:

- повторить грамматику «Adverbs. Formation of adverbs»;

- научить выражать свои мысли, правильно используя наречия;

- совершенствовать навыки монологической речи;

- научить работать по содержанию текста;

- воспитать у учащихся умение слушать друг друга во время дискуссии;

- развивать у учащихся интерес к истории различных народов.

ХОД УРОКА

I Организационный момент: (3 min)

T: Good morning, boys and girls! I’m glad to see you! Take your seats please.

T: Well, how are you?

T: What do you think about today’s weather? Do you like it?

T: What’s your favorite season, by the way?

T: Tell me please, what date is it today?

T: What day of the week is it today?

T: Who is absent today?

T: Well, then let’s start our lesson.

II Актуализация опорных знаний, умений и навыков: ( 3 min)

T: Well, boys and girls, we continue our lesson. And today we are going to speak about adverbs and formation of adverbs.

III Проверка домашнего задания: (1 min)

T: First of all, tell me please what was your homework for today?

T: I will check it later, so hand them in, please.

IV Речевая разминка: (5 min)

T: Now, let’s call to mind what you know about adverbs. What is it? What do they express? What do they modify? How are they formed? Tell me your examples.

T: You remember some rules about adverbs and their formation, it is very good!

V Введение новой темы: (15 min)

T: Well, boys and girls, I have prepared a presentation about adverbs, so look at the screen.

Наречия могут относиться к глаголам, прилагательным и другим наречиям, наделяя их дополнительным значением. Наречия могут отвечать на вопросы как?, когда?, где? и до какой степени?.

Когда: soon, early, late, tomorrow, yesterday, now, etc.

Как: well, badly, quickly, fast, high(ly), carefully, etc.

Где: everywhere, here, there, inside, up, near, etc.

До какой степени (на сколько): extremely, very, really, rather, quite, almost, etc.

T: Is it clear? If there are no questions, let’s try to do the ex.30 on pg.60. You should read the sentence, find the adverb and say what it expresses.

T: Now boys and girls, look at the presentation once more. Here you can see how the adverbs are formed. You should remember some rules.

Наречия в английском языке образуются путем добавления суффикса -ly к прилагательным.

Пример:

clean – cleanly

careful – carefully

Обратите внимание на некоторые особенности:

• если прилагательное заканчивается на -y, то при образовании наречия –y меняется на i и только потом добавляется -ly; happy – happily

• если прилагательное заканчивается на -le, то при образовании наречия мы отбрасываем конечную -е и добавляем -y; simple – simply

• если прилагательное заканчивается на -ic, то при образовании наречия мы добавляем -ally; automatic – automatically

• если прилагательное заканчивается на -ful, то при образовании наречия мы добавляем –ly. beautiful – beautifully

T: Let’s see if you understood the formation of adverbs. Find the ex.31 on pg.61. You should read the text, find adverbs and tell how it is formed. Is the task clear?

VII Закрепление материала: (15 min)

T: Let’s continue the lesson. Find the ex.32 on pg.62. Your task is to form adverbs from the given adjectives and make up 3 sentences with them. It’s very interesting task, isn’t it? I give you 3 minutes, and then I will listen to your sentences. / very good!

T: And now let’s do the next ex. in written form. Pg.62 ex.33. Your task is to express the same using adverbs. Let’s do the 1^st sentence together. Read the sentence, Adel.

T: Now do the ex. yourselves and then we will check it.

VIII Подведение итогов: (2 min)

- I’m quite satisfied with your work today! S1, S2, S3 and S4 were very active; they have no mistakes, so they get 5. S5, S6 and S7 were less active, but nevertheless they tried to share their ideas, so they get 4. Others will show themselves the next lesson, I hope.

- For homework I want you to write in your copybooks interesting short story for about 10 sentences using adverbs. I hope stories will be impressive, use your imagination.
